We had an incredible time at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to all parts of town. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, always greeting us with a smile and assisting us with any queries. The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast offered was delicious. We also appreciated the assistance in arranging activities such as jungle safari and elephant rides. The hotel truly catered to our needs.
The Wi-Fi connection was a bit unreliable at times.

During my xmas visit, I enjoyed the two facts offered by the hotel. The food served at the restaurant was good, and the activities arranged for the guests were decent. , the location was convenient as it was close to the town center and easy to find. Another advantage was that the staff was friendly and helpful, particularly when I needed assistance with getting transportation.
My overall experience at the hotel wasn't great. The rooms were not cleaned properly, and the linens were not fresh.

The jungle program at the hotel was amazing! The staff were professional and knowledgeable about all the jungle activities. We were able to experience various activities like elephant safari, jungle drive by jeep, and jungle walk. The adventure was taken to a whole new level as we were lucky enough to see a royal bengal tiger during our jungle drive. The location was great too, with easy access to all parts of the town. The hotel also offered a fantastic breakfast that not only tasted great but also ensured that we were energized for our day.
The room was just fine, but it could use some improvements. The cleanliness could have been better, as there were some minor issues.
